Richard Cramer – Owner
Richard has over 35 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry, along with more than a decade specializing in structural closed cell foam and coating applications. He is known for building high-quality, unique structures with integrity. His extensive knowledge gives AR&C a unique advantage in delivering smart, cost-effective solutions that put customer needs first.
Richard is especially focused on the preservation and utilization of existing materials, combining his knowledge of structural closed cell foam with advanced polyurea coatings to enhance durability, weatherization, and abrasive resistance up to 4200 PSI. These applications also meet ASTM E84 flame spread standards, making them ideal for enhancing both new and existing structures.
He takes pride in tackling complex projects and turning his clients’ visions into reality. With a passion for his craft and a commitment to ongoing learning, Richard stays current with the latest products and techniques, continuously growing and strengthening the company.
